How to reproduce

• Go to the demo
• Insert page attachment service in a page
• Insert two files from the page attachments tool
• view live that the file is added
• Delete a file
• Watch the live

The file is still present live

• empty your caches

The file is always present from the live

• Insert a new file different from the one you deleted in the Page Attachments tool
• Watch the live

The new document appears live and the deleted file is no longer present in the live.

So deleting a document attached to a page does not work without putting a new document to refresh the live
