New button to disallow rights inheritance is only available from rights' assignment tool.

It should be also available for limited access tool (profile READER only)

There is 2 options :

Option 1
Use same button with a configurable alert to advertise that the inheritance will be disallowed for all profiles
This button should be accessible only for user having right to edit rights' assignment (right on limited access is not sufficient)

Option 2
We need two buttons : one which disallows inheritance for READER profile only, one which disallows inheritance for all other profiles.
