[CMS-10303] [Regression] Multityped content : Tabs appears twice and empty in edition mode

Edition mode.

I have a multi-typed content which contains some tabs with the same name, the tabs appears twice.

The second tabs are empty.

(It seems to be general to fieldsets (tab or fieldset type))

This bug is there in 4.3M7 but wasn't in 4.2.

The metadata-set is named main with mode edition, it's not a default-edition.
