How to reproduce

• connect to cms
• open resource explorer
• add a file, for example test.doc
• add a file with the same name but the first letter is uppercase, for example Test.doc

Actual behavior

• the file is accepted and inserted
• the order of the file is case sensitive, first lower case, the upper case

Expected behavior

• the resource explorer is not case sensitive like under windows.
• I can not add a file with the same name even if case differ
• the order of the file by name should not be case sensitive like under windows.
