Import Data : Help on merge policy is blinking

      How to reproduce : 

      On admin, click on Operations/import Data. 

      It opens the frame below. 

      When the mouse is going on "?" for Merge policy, it is blinking, so it is not possible to read the help. 

      Reproduced on chrome and edge chromium, not on firefox.
