How to reproduce

• connect to cms
• open resource explorer
• add a file, for example test.pdf
• add the same file in the same directory

Actual behavior

• the second file is uploaded, no message is displayed
• I do not know if the original file is replaced or if the second file is ignored

Expected behavior

• a message is displayed to inform the user there is already a file name test.pdf
• I think it could be nice to ask him if he want to replace the original file, but this is an option.
