ReferenceTablesGallery references the uitool-hierarchical-reference-tables in its definition (org.ametys.cms.clientsideelement.ReferenceTablesGallery) but the dependency is not defined with the same condition as the definition use.
So with some rights, we can have errors spamming logs like this:
