How to reproduce it : 

• add a filtered page service into a page
• define a page of its as hidden using the visibility page button of the ribbon
• the page hidden is still visible
• in the xsl, display the XML code of the service with <xsl:copy-of select="."/>
  > there is nothing to indicate this page should be hidden in the XML returned
