A parameter has been added to the ConfigurableFormPanel in order to not display the descriptions for tabs, fieldsets and composites.

This has been done because most of our descriptions are useless and ugly.

To do:

• Clear all descriptions in our content types (kernel and plugins)
• Remove the temporary form parameter
