How to reproduce : 

Since CMS-10659

1 - Work with a user that is in no group, but in an environment with existing groups (at least groupA)

2 - Tag an article with a group. 

3 - Create a search service with this criteria : 

=> All articles are returned by the service.

Note : if current user is in a group, it works correctly.
