Since CMS-10443, invert references are set with Dataholder#synchronizeValues in a smart way : still existing content references are not processed, speeding up the whole process.
But if a Content somehow have broken invert references, there's no esay way to fix them.

We should add a helper, or a method on DataHolder, or even a parameter to synchronizeValues to iterate over references and force linked content to update its references.
