Upload a jpg under Safari 4 terminates the application

      How to reproduce

      • connect to cms
      • open resource explorer
      • select a directory
      • upload a file (found it in attachment), a jpg, I was able to upload a pdf

      Actual behavior

      • Safari is closed with an error

      Expected behavior

      • Safari stay open and the image is uploaded.
