How to reproduce:

• Create an article (or any other content with a rich text)
• In the article content, add an image and crop it to keep only a specific point
• Save your modifications
• In the content, you can see your image => OK
• Modify the content by adding another image in the content, from the same file but cropped to keep an other point
• Save your modification
• In the content, both images are the same, cropped on the second point => KO

Same behavior if the images come from different files but with the same name

Other bug due to the same technical issue:

• Create an article (or any other content with a rich text)

• Save your modifications
• In the content, you can see your image => OK
• Modify the content by deleting the image
• Save your modifications
• In the content, there is no image => OK
• In the repository, under the data node of the content attribute, the attachment is still there => KO
