Optimize global content consistency

      Global content consistency can be very long to execute because it's not short tests, and for each test, it can takes several seconds (maybe minutes) to execute, so we should parallelize the process to be efficient and maybe fix a high limit for waiting time (currently, the waiting limit is given by the implementation).
