How to reproduce

• Create a user usersimple
• create a profil "contrib simple"
• On General context add this user to this profil
• On Page context "Fonctionnalités clés" add this user to this profil
• Go to backoffice with this user and set the schedule publication on another page, for example Blog, to a previous date

• the page becomes offline

Expected behavior

• Button for schedule publication should be available only on the contexte of pages where the user has the rights AND the action should be feasible only on this context
