[CMS-11002] Unable to select a folder in the service to display the content of a folder in 4.5M7

Since WORKSPACES-1168

I do not understand the fix done in ChooseResource.js for WORKSPACES-1168.
The OK button state does not depend on user's right to create a resource or not.
The OK button state only depend on the selected node (resource or folder).
I cancel what has been done here
