Page refresh button

      how to reproduce :
      . Open a homepage
      . Add a tag on another page (to see a footer link for example)
      . Select tool with the homepage
      . Click on Refresh page button (in ribbon)

      Result :
      . footer link is not displayed

      Expected :
      . footer link shoud be displayed.
      If you use the refresh button on the homepage tool (through rignt click on the tab), the page is well updated

          I have the same behaviour with ContentTool and refresh button on the ribbon

          seems very odd to me since both button are supposed to call the same code... I vote for an invalid
