Annotations are now recognized as attributes, but they are not. Moreover, they should be linked to an attribute. An annotation A1 in rich text RT1 or RT2 is not the same.

In previous version, annotations are completely ignored.

It should be ignored or a sub-element of the concerned rich-text.

We can see them in the content type tool.
And also in the XLS export which is used to have attribute dictionnary.
