Copy site doesn't copy binary parameters

      I am creating a site by copy.
      All parameters are copied to the new configuration, except title and URL (of course), but also binary parameters.

      In my project, I have binary site parameters defined like this:

                      <param id="my-site-logo" type="binary" multiple="false">
                    <label>Logo</label>
                    <description>Logo</description>
                    <category>Ma catégorie</category>
                    <group>Présentation</group>
                    <validation>
                        <mandatory/>
                    </validation>
                    <order>20</order>
                </param>
