How to reproduce

• Create a page
• insert article content
• insert an attachment to download
• save
• Edit your attachment in the Document Attachment tool
• Replace the document

The attachment is updated in the content, however it is a shame that in the life cycle of the content it does not return to draft so that we can see the modification online
