For buttons using glyph icon, remove old unused icons (icon-small, icon-medium, icon-large))

      In plugin.xml, icons are now using <icon-glyph> tag. 

      so that <icon-small>, <icon-medium> and <icon-large> tags are unused. 

      => Create a script to remove these unused tags when glyph is used, and remove associated images if they are not used.
