How to reproduce

• Go to the demo with the Firefox browser
• Next, go to the rights assignment tool
• add a lot of user to the general context

the horizontal scroll bar is only displayed if you go down to the bottom of the page see screen caputre

On the Chrome browser, horizontal scrolling is present all the time which is better for modifying rights

On the edge browser the horizontal bar is present but very small, if possible enlarge it
