Improve properties tool to add additionnal information with extension point

      To add additional information on a properties tool, the tool and the pipeline to resolve information is override (Web, ODF, ODF-Web)

      We need extension point to avoid these override.

      The extension point should be prioritized.
      The extension point should be able to add information in card or following the attributes of the details view
