ContentTypeAccessController while reloading cache in web context

      While reloading ACL cache for Solr, the sitename is unknown, so when the ContentTypeAccessController try to convert a path like /content-types/MyContentType is converted to /content-types//MyContentType.

      Also what about non web content types ?

          non web content types are read throught web context like others

          you can only assign rights with site context...

          even if it is a non sense you can edit a non site content throught site A and not throught site B
