How to reproduce : 

• On _admin, open configuration and fill as followed : 

• Save. Server restarts. 
• Open configuration => Fields associated to Google recaptcha Enterprise are not enabled whereas they should be. 

Note : it is necessary to change "Système de reconnaissance" field to enable correct fields.
