How to reproduce

• Create a global validator that creates warnings
• Add this validator to a content type
• Create a content of this type
• Add values that will generate a warning from the global validator
• Your values must not generate other warnings that the ones from your global validator
• Save
• A dialog box appears with the warning => OK
• Click on yes to ignore warnings
• The values are not saved, the content tool stays dirty => KO
