On the edition.select-content widget, if allowCreation is set to true, the workflow of the created content is forced to "content" value. We should keep the configurable behaviour, but without forcing the used workflow.

Action 11 is not available on reference-table workflow. Default workflow actions have to be re-think.
Maybe we should think about workflow carrying its own default action id for init, edit and initAndEdit.
