How to reproduce

• go to the demo : https://demo.ametys.org/nightly-intranet-cms/intranet/index.html
• remove the rights to tag content or a private page from the administrator account
  
• by following, for example, put the public skin tag: “main section” on a page
  

Assigning the tag on the page does not work. (same behavior on public content charter tag)
