error dialog box does not have focus when trying to edit link of deleted file

      1. In a content
        1. add a link to a shared resource
        2. save
      2. in the resource explorer tool
        1. delete the resource used in the link
      3. go back to editing the content
        1. select the link then click on edit
        2. the error dialog box appears unfocused and behind the ChooseResource dialog box
