Web version of AmetysXSLTHelper doesn't use cms as fallback for lang

      The web version should call the CMS if it fails to determine a language.

      Failing to do so result in wrong generation of url for exemple when using an url like
      FileName.

      {ametys:lang()}

      .js for a content outside its page (like in the BO)
