We currently have {{ProfiledGroupsTagsSystemProperty }}(there may be other ones) which depends on the current user, and cannot be used as is in several parts of Ametys, as we don't always have a current user.

We need to have a way to declare such dependency, and also a way to set the user to consider, not being always the current user.
