A skin should be able to override content types' views.

Since CMS-12583, it is possible to have a mapping for a skin to use a view instead of another one (used in ODF Orientation skin to fake override the main view)

But this mecanism is not ok, at least because overrides in _override folder are not taken into account

So we need another mecanism that let skin override views and where all overrides in project (_override folder or overrides from skins in the project) have priority over the overrides in the product
