      Steps to reproduce bug

      • Create a user with email address 
      • Activate MFA in the population of the aforementioned user
      • Log in to any site (FO)

      Bug

      No emails are sent making it impossible to log in to Ametys.

      The UI gives the impression that an email has been sent despite nothing being received
