How to reproduce:

• Create a view with
  • an item named x
  • an item referencing a linked content type
  • and an item in this linkedContent type name x too
•  the template starts => OK
• Both items are added in the view => OK
• But there is a warning saying that the same item appears twice in the view. This is not true, the items have the same name, the same path, but are not the same => KO

This appears in some views of ODF content types
