When uploading a header image for an article, the image is correctly updated and displayed across all environments (CMS, preview, and live).

However, when replacing the image with a new image using the same filename, the displayed image is not updated:

• not in the CMS
• not in preview
• not in live

The browser continues to serve the cached version of the image which is no longer valid

Current behavior:

• The image does not update after reupload if the filename is unchanged
• A hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) is required to see the updated image
