If a user has an email with upper case letters, they will be able to add a comment (on intranet for example), but the edit of the comment in the comments and reports tool will mark the email as invalid.

Steps to reproduce : 

1. Authenticate with a user that has upper letters in their email
2. Add a comment on a content
3. Open the comments and report tool on the content
4. Try to edit the comment
   1. The field will show an error
