[CMS-1499] Edition appearance on IE8

This problem was due to unloaded CSS
IE has a limit of CSS file

An effort was made on runtime (RUNTIME-418) and on the CMS by merging call to fluent css to the main file all.css

The next step is to create a CSS based upon UIItems (see RUNTIME-419)
