Actual behavior

• The icon for programmed publication is grey, so it looks disabled. Look at the attachment: iconpubprog.png

Expected behavior

• Choose another color, we are used to have red, may be in Ametys it can be blue. Do it has you like!. Look at the attachment: iconagenda.png
