How to reproduce

connect to cms
create a page
add a search engine and click OK
edit parameters of the search engine
click "Search by page"
select a node
click ok
click again on "Search by page"

Actual behavior

There is no node selected even the one before

Expected behavior

The selected nodes stay selected

Notes

It works fine for tags
