The PageTool doesn't handle multiple page targets : in its onMessage method, it searches the first page target, tests if it concerns him (if it has its ID as a parameter), and does nothing otherwise.
The complete message targets of type 'page' should be searched by the PageTool to find if there is one concerning it.
