On the home page, only display sites for which current user has at least one right

      Right now, all sites are displayed, but if I click on one specific site, I'll get an AccessDeniedException

      Furthermore, if I have no rights at all, I'll never see the home page but get an AccessDeniedException.
      I'll prefer to have the empty home page, to indicate there's no bug.
