No cache reset after modification of sub-page (type of page)

      1. Create a new sub-page with tag sub-section, type "forwarding page"
      2. Visit on live site the parent page, check the forward (OK)
      3. Change the type of the sub-page, set a template and leave the page empty
      4. On live site the cache of the parent page has not been reseted, the link to the sub-page still exists, but is a broken link (the page is still empty)
