Add alerts and reminders on the contents:

• One alert, enabled or disabled on the whole CMS, retrieving all the contents having been awaiting validation for a given duration, notifying users having the right to validate the corresponding contents by e-mail.
• One alert, enabled or disabled on each content, notifying users having the right to edit the corresponding contents by e-mail when the contents have not been modified for a given duration.
• One reminder, enabled or disabled on each content, which will send an e-mail to the users having the right to edit the corresponding content on a given day.
