There is no message for user on tool and the request uri failed if there is no report yet (http://cmsweb.themis.anyware.corp:7070/plugins/web/consistency/www/inconsistent-contents.xml 404)

As for the search tool (see screenshot) :

• if there is no report, display message "There is no report yet on links consistency"
• if there is no broken links, display message : "The last check did not reported broken links"
