Editing page structure can change publication status
e.g.
Create a page
The page has no icon on the sitemap
Set it as a redirection : the icon is modified
Set it as a template : the icon is modified
Tag it as section : the icon is modified
but now, add a service : the icon is not modified (but now my page is live !)
(this is working when validating a content)
