How to reproduce

• Connect to cms with a user who has the right to edit some pages on sitemap
• Select a page on which he has no right
• Move it under pages on which he has rights
• Edit the content
• Move back the page

Actual behavior

• He can move and change the page

Expected behavior

• Move the page without rights is impossible
