Groups on the frontoffice

      The usersmanager extensions on the site were "remade" to be multisite aware (org.ametys.plugins.site.users.*)
      What about the groups extensions?

          I set it in later because we cannot do the same thing that we did for UsersManagers (store login + @ + sitename)
          because jdbc groups id are integer

          groups label are varchar but may not be unique
