ok. My tests were wrong.
The issue is just that chrome does not handle rss feed : it simply just do not know how to diplsay them : you can add an extension to fix this.
Some feeds are correctly displayed because they include a rendering xslt.

So, this is not a bug I will close it.

If you wish, you can reopen it to change it to a enhancement

For chrome I can find rss feed that works and others that don't on the same site. Ex : http://demo.ametys.org/cms/live/plugins/web/www/fr/filter/events/rss.xml is not working while http://rss.lemonde.fr/c/205/f/3050/index.rss is.
The mime-type is not the one we are using (but we are using the correct one) so the diff maybe comes from the extension (.rss against .xml)
