[CMS-3451] Links of service "Display content of a resources explorer's folder" open in same window

When using the service "Display content of a resources explorer's folder", the links to the documents are opening in the same window of the navigator.

It would be useful to be able to choose (service parameters) whether the link opens in the same window or in a new window.

Ok.
Tested with no apache front.
Now resources are downloaded and not opened.

The request parameter "?download=true" is ignored if the resource is in cache
