[CMS-3480] I cannot resize an image with the mouse

The diffence with table is that resizing is not a good idea.. so thank you chrome for not providing theses

Handlers are not supported by chrome yet.
Tinymce do not provide an emulation for it.
As you said there is a way to resize through the fields in the ribbon.

So we won't do anything, except waiting for a chrome or tinymce enhancement
